Frequently Asked Questions
Download COMPETE from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You can register using your email address or sign in with Apple/Google. Follow the prompts to set up your profile and select your sports.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Navigate to the Events or Matchplay section in the app. Browse available competitions in your sport and location. Tap on an event to see details, then hit "Join" to register. You may need to meet certain criteria or pay an entry fee depending on the event.
You earn points by competing in matchplay events, posting videos, engaging with the community, and completing challenges. Points contribute to your overall ranking on the leaderboard and unlock achievements. The more active you are, the more points you earn!
Yes! We take security seriously. All messages are protected with end-to-end encryption using the Signal Protocol. Your personal data is stored securely on AWS with industry-standard encryption. We never sell your data to third parties.
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data, videos, messages, and competition history. If you have any issues, contact our support team.
